The Path to a Successful Future was Clear

Frequently in our business we find ourselves working with either too little data or too much data. Often the quality of the data is also suspect. Much time is wasted or poor decisions are made while dealing with this dilemma. Many times critical decision making grinds to a halt forcing us into reactive management or fire-fighting as we like to call it. Andy suggested the Constellation process as a possible solution to this critical problem. Several of our group were skeptical of the Constellation process but none could deny the validity of the outcome. It allowed us to quickly sift through all the data and literally see the relevant relationships and crystallized our thinking. Much work still needed to be done but the path to a successful future was clear. The Constellation process is a fascinating way to gain powerful insights into your business challenges.
