Frequently in our business we find ourselves working with either too little data or too much data. Often the quality of the data is also suspect. Much time is wasted or poor decisions are made while dealing with this dilemma. Many times critical decision making grinds to a halt forcing us into reactive management or fire-fighting as we like to call it.
